This app offers all the tools you need to be successful! With your full custom workouts you can track your reps and weights and see past performance to ensure we are moving along in your progressive overload. Nutrition tracking allows us to ensure you are sticking within your macros and hitting those protein goals for optimal fat loss and muscle growth! We can also track your healthy habits we are having your work on such as water intake, daily step goals, time with family, reminders to take vitamins and so much more. We also have the ability to track all of your biometrics including weight, body fat, muscle mass and compare your weekly progress photos all in one place!

It is so important to track more than just weight when on a fitness/health journey. I will be providing you with a high tech biometric reading tool so we can track your Weight, Body Fat, Fat Free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, and Bone Mass to ensure we are moving you towards optimal results in all areas!
