Do I need a gym membership to do the workouts? No, a gym membership is not required. You will be able to do the workouts from home with dumbbells. There are actually two options for Toned and Transformed, a gym and home option based on what you have available to you!

Will I get my workouts on a PDF? No, you’ll get access to your workouts in an app. The app shows video demonstrations of each exercise! And keeps everything organized in one place for you!

Will I have to give up all my favorite foods and/or carbs in order to see results? No! In fact, we will provide you with tasty flavorful recipes every week, which include breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options. But the goal is to teach you how to achieve your dream body by eating the foods you love with flexibility and balance.

Is this a weight loss plan? Will it work for me if I want to gain weight? This plan will work for you if you want to build lean muscle. In order to get that toned look, you must build muscle. This plan will help you build muscle all over, so you can tone your arms, belly, legs and butt. If you want to lose weight or gain weight, we will show you how to manipulate your meal plan to do either. So, in short, this plan will work for you whether you want to gain, lose or maintain your weight. It is ideal for someone who wants to sculpt a toned, bikini body.

What happens after the 8-week program? You will have the opportunity to join the alumni program, where you will continue to get access to the community, workouts and recipes, to continue the journey of sculpting the body of your dreams.
